Naikari 0.2.1

We have a bugfix release! This took some trial and error, so there’s a lot of commits, but it has one particular purpose: to fix a bug that was causing Naikari to not start up successfully on Windows. The cause of this bug was apparently a problem with the gettext implementation that was fixed months ago, but in the process we also noticed some other issues fixed upstream that we thought could possibly be the cause. In any case, Windows users can now finally run Naikari properly. 🎉
